Rights To Images
Paintings are sold to individual buyers, with rights
to reproduce the image remaining with the artist for 25 years following date of sale. The artist retains the right to
reproduce her image on cards, prints, posters, etc. for this specified time period, after which she transfers the reproduction
rights to the individual buyer and his/her heirs.
The artist on a permanent basis retains the right
to utilize photographs of all her work in relevant articles and books, even if the painting is in the ownership of another
person or institution.
The artist will respect the privacy of the collector, as well as anticipate respect for the
original imagery. Her images cannot be used as altered art, or for any other commercial purposes.
The images on this website have tracking devices embedded, so please do not use them without
asking permission first.
